Dogdealsuk.co.uk reserve the right not to publish ads that do not meet the legal requirements e.g (correct mobile number, correct email address, microchips), pups must be 8 weeks or older before they can be sold but can be advertised before this as long as they are microchipped and registered with one of the recognised databases. All ads are thoroughly checked before they are published live on site.Â
Dogdealsuk.co.uk reserves the right to edit any ad posted on our website without the consent of the user, or to remove/delete any ads or registered users without notice.Â
Dogdealsuk.co.uk reserves the right to remove any user showing suspicious behavior onsite, or sellers requesting down payments/delivery charges/online payments upfront. This is PROHIBITED on this website to protect buyers & sellers from being SCAMMED.Â
Dogdealsuk.co.uk Will not be held responsible for any loss of money due to user negligence or user not abiding by these recommendations set out here on our website.Â
Dogdealsuk.co.uk are unable to offer refunds at this point in time. If it’s the case that your ad is not able to be published, then we will do our very best to help you to input all the correct information required in the advert so as to help get it online and hopefully a successful sale.Â
As part of our social marketing strategy, Dogdealsuk.co.uk may occasionally publish your ad on our social media platforms and you may benefit by increasing your ad’s views which could lead to more potential buyers.Â
Dogdealsuk.co.uk reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.Â
Microchips;Across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland it is a legal requirement for all dogs to be microchipped.All dogs must be chipped by the breeder with the breeder’s details recorded on the microchip.Â
In England, Scotland and Wales, licensed sellers must now, by law:Â
- include the number of the licence holder’s licence,
- specify the local authority that issued the licence,
- include a recognisable photograph of the animal being advertised,
- Â display the age of the animal being advertised,
- state the country of residence of the animal from which it is being sold, and
- Â state the country of origin of the animal.
Rules for selling puppies in the UK include123:Â
- Breeders can only sell puppies they have bred themselves, and only from the place the puppy was bred and reared.
- Puppies must be 8 weeks before they can be sold or leave their mum.
- Â Puppies must be seen with their biological mum.
- Breeders must be able to show they have used a ‘socialization and habituation’ plan.
- All dogs for sale must be in good health.
It is now illegal for commercial sellers to sell animals they have not bred themselves at their own premises and the mother of the must be present23. Puppies can now only be purchased from where they were bred, or from a rescue or rehoming centre.Â
